Lord Nicholas Monson
The 12th Baron of Lincolnshire is an expert of PR, marketing and business consulting. Educated in Eton College, he was the founder and editor of The Magazine and director of Strategic Solutions (PR). Between 1987 and 1993, he was Managing Director of Grenfell Communications. He has a strong interest in forming UK-China friendship and believes that both countries can benefit from the ‘golden era’.
Mr. Frankie Tsang
Frankie is the Chairman of Worcestershire Chinese Association and the Vice President of the Confederation of Chinese Associations UK. He is a successful entrepreneur and a philanthropist. He initiated the establishment of Worcestershire Ambassadors, which built the friendship city relations between Worcestershire and Chinese cities Huizhou Guangdong and Hezhou Guangxi. In 2012, due to his excellent service in bridging the UK and China, he was selected as the torch bearer of the 2012 London Olympics.
Mr. Steven Greenall
Steve is the CEO of Warwick Music Group, an international company that devotes themselves to improving children’s education through music. He has over twenty years’ experience working in the creative industries. He was Managing Director of Da Capo Enterprises, ACF's small investment portfolio, and He served as a non-executive director of the Advantage Creative Fund from 2008 - 2011. He worked as an investment director at Midven, the Midland's leading early stage venture capital fund manager, from 2010 until 2015. He is also a visiting lecturer of the University of Warwick.
Mr. Robert Hallmark
Rob is the CEO of Gruhme, a luxury brand of men’s fragrance. He spent approximately 15 years as a corporate solicitor in the Birmingham and London regions having graduated with a law degree from Durham University in 2003. As a practising solicitor, he acted for many major corporate clients including Compass Group and Barclays. With his unique experiences and expertise in both the legal world and running a luxury British brand, he helps Devoch in an indispensable way.
Mr. James Wong
James is the Chairman of Chung Ying Group, one of the most prestigious Chinese catering company, founded 37 years ago. He is also a compassionate community leader and has devoted himself to improving the lives of Chinese community in the UK. Every year, he organises the Chinese festival celebrations in West Midlands and the 2018 Chinese New Year celebrations have been recognised as the largest in the UK. He was given the Point of Light Award by the Prime Minister in March 2018.
Mr. Philip Dutton
Mr. Dutton is a professional banker with more than 30 years of experience, supporting both Corporate and Private Banking Clients. He is the Chairman of Worcestershire Ambassadors and has strong links in the Worcestershire Business Community and a track record of working in partnership with key stakeholders including the Chamber of Commerce, LEP, Worcester City and Worcestershire County Council. He enjoys setting stretching objectives and building and leading teams to achieve them.
Managing Director, Founder
Don started his entrepreneurial journey when he was 19. He graduated from one of the top 5 translation schools in China before he achieved a Master Degree in management from the University of Warwick. He speaks four languages to a native level and is a simultaneous interpreter. He specialises in cross-cultural communication, branding and e-commerce. In June 2018, he was nominated as a finalist for “Director of the Year” of the Institute of Directors.
Born and bred in the UK, Jonathan’s career spans the world, working with several international agencies in television including Al Jazeera English and Sky News. He graduated from Warwick University with an MA in global media and communications and is also an award-winning video-journalist in the British Royal Air Force in addition to his current role. He has great knowledge of the Chinese culture and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. He specialises in film making, photography, graphic design, media and PR.
Paul is an experienced international business leader, adviser and mentor with significant experience of leading and growing companies in the marketing services, technology and business consulting sectors across multiple markets and geographies. He has extensive exposure to international business cultures with a particular focus on China. In his 50s, he has a unique combination of demonstrated business, financial, strategic, sales and leadership skills.
Doris graduated in the University of Warwick with Degree in Accounting & Finance (Hons), Warwick Business School, before she achieved a Master Degree in Art Enterprise and Development from the Centre for Culture and Media Policy Study, the University of Warwick. She specialises in finance, policy research, arts and Chinese market consulting. Apart from her role in Devoch, she is also a PhD researcher in the University of Warwick.
Adam is a creative and proactive Producer Director with over 25 years experience in professional and international video production. After just short of 20 years working abroad, I recently returned to the UK and joined Devoch in 2017. He has worked as Senior Producer for a wide range of broadcast companies, including Discovery Europe, Disney Italia and the BBC. He has also independently produced campaigns for Discovery Italia and Paramount Comedy Italia.
