Warwick Music in China​


Warwick Music Group create quality wind and brass instruments making the joy of music accessible and fun. We were commissioned to analyse the Chinese market and identify a launch and marketing strategy


We did secondary market research on the dynamics and drivers of the market and some primary research amongst musicians.In the research phase we identified a clear strategic opportunity to both target Chinese consumers and manufacture in China.The second phase was to implement a marketing communications plan for China which included the following:

  • A Chinese look and feel for the brand including brochures

  • A creative platform for all activity

  • A brand animation video

  • A social media campaign across all Chinese social media channels including We Chat

  • An online shop which we designed, built and managed


China is now a major market for the Warwick Music Group representing a significant part of global sales. In addition, China is now its primary manufacturing base.WMG continues to drive for its development in the Chinese market with Devoch alongside the team.
